- Most items ship in 1-3 business days, 14k options may take 2-4 weeks to build and ship.

- The eternity bands are made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to ship. 

- The yellow we use is a very vibrant shade

- To increase the longevity of the item we put a small drop of resin at the bottom of the stone to bond it to the metal.

- JSL strives to match customer preferences for stone selection, but exact matches are not guaranteed. Please provide detailed preferences as we do not offer free stone exchanges.

- The eternity bands cannot be resized, only replaced. Customer needing a resize will be charged an exchange fee. The original ring must be in perfect condition for a replacement to be approved.
